HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the item(s) in your order and the destination of your package. The exact shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.


PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it within 2-3 business days. This processing period includes production time, as most of our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Delivery typically takes between 4-10 business days after processing.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may experience delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these unprecedented times.

If your package has not been delivered within 60 days of your original purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund. Just email us at Denias.Trinkets.Customer.Service@gmail.com, and we’ll handle the rest.

This policy does not cover issues arising from customer errors in the provided shipping details, nor missed deliveries due to the recipient’s unavailability.
