RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Denia's Trinkets, we are committed to your satisfaction. If an item arrives damaged or does not match its description, we’ll take care of the return shipping and promptly provide a replacement.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

For items that are received in perfect condition but are no longer wanted, a 30% restocking fee applies. To start the return process, simply request a return label. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund, minus the 30% restocking fee.

Important Return Conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
• Denia’s Trinkets reserves the right to decline returns made after the 15-day window or for items not in original condition.
